Spinal Tumour is an abnormal mass of tissue within or surrounding The Spinal Cord. It can affect any region of Spinal Cord i.e Cervical, Dorsal, Lumbar, Sacrum. The patient may present with various symptoms like Pain, Numbness, Paresthesia, and Bladder Bowel Involvement. Treatment Options include excision of Tumour.

 

Brain Tumour is the mass or growth of abnormal cells in the brain. these Tumours may be benign Or cancerous. Symptoms may Include Headache, Seizures, Vision Loss, Weakness of one Side of Body, Speech Difficulties, Hearing Loss, etc. Diagnosis is made by Ct or MRI scan. Treatment options Depend upon the type, size, and location of Tumour. 

Head Injury is the most common cause of Disability and Death in adults. The most common cause of head injury is road traffic Accidents. Symptoms Include Headache, Unconsciousness, Seizures, Limb Weakness, etc. The diagnosis of Head Injury is made by Ct Scan. most of the patients of head Injury are managed conservatively. Treatment should be started as soon as possible.   Prognosis depends upon the impact of an injury.

Brain Aneursym is a ballooning or bulge in the blood vessel of brain. a Brain Aneurysm can leak or rupture leading to Haemorhage in Brain. most of the Patients present with sudden severe Headache , the Headache is often described as worst Headache of the Life ever Experienced. Other Symptoms may include Seizures, Loss Of Vision, Loss of Consciousnesses, Hemiparesis, Dropping of Eyelid etc.Diagnosis is made by Ct Scan Head followed by Angiography. Treatment options depends upon the location, Configuration of Aneurysm and Condition of patient. Surgery is the option in majority of patients.

Dissectomy is a surgical procedure to remove the damaged portion of a herniated disk in your spine. A herniated disk can irritate or compress nearby nerves and cause pain, numbness or weakness.
These symptoms can affect your neck or back or may radiate down your arms or legs. Although most of the patients with slip disc can be managed conservatively with medication. Around 10% patient with slip disc may require surgery.

In the past, the spine surgeries were considered painful and unsuccessful. But with the advancement in techniques and instruments, most of the dreadful spine surgeries can be performed by small incision and with precision.

Spine injury is an injury to the spinal cord. It is often a result of road traffic accidents or other types of trauma. It can lead to significant disability. Some people can lead a normal life even after a spinal injury some people may be bedridden permanently. Spinal trauma can be managed by spinal fusion.

Stroke is a medical condition in which blood supply to brain is interrupted leading to death of brain cells. Stroke is of two types ischemic and hemorrhagic. Ischemic type is more common. Most of patients has weakness of face, arm or leg(paralysis).Other symptoms may be loss of speech, unable to understand, vision loss and difficulty in walking etc. stroke is a medical emergency. If reported and evaluated quickly, the
patients can be thrombolysed which can help them to live normal life with minimal deficits.
